Daisy

This is a picture of Daisy; she was adopted yesterday from Lodi, California. The owners, Mr. and Mrs.Carter had to put Bandida, their previous yellow lab to sleep last month because poor Bandida got a heart base tumor,a tumor that attacked her heart.

Sad as that was they bounced back and adopted their new puppy and brought her to Animal Farm today. Mr. Carter has a hearing impairment so he insisted we test Daisy for hearing today. She passed with flying colors. She was tested for progressive retinal atrophy and for hip dysplasia and she promises to be everything their owners hope for, good behavior, good looks and intelligence;already she brought their newspaper this morning. Her only setback is that she has an intestinal parasitosis (coccidiosis) for which she is being treated at Animal Farm.
